Look for ways to lift your spirit and indulge in things that make you feel good about yourself, you will be better off with friends and getting cool fun. Remember all the friends that you ditched when you got into this relationship? Start hanging out with them again. They might have forgotten you but go hang out with them and let them lift you up.
