3. If you do miss a day of exercise and healthy eating then don't just give up make sure the next day you get back on that horse again and try to stick to it.
4. Plan your nights out - Make sure you know when you are going out. Whether it be down the pub or out for dinner. Make sure you know what you are going to eat and drink. Go online check out the menu of the restaurant and choose your meal before you arrive. This way there won't be as much trouble when you eventually get there and you won't feel pressured to order something that won't help you.
